DHL is not updating tracking information.
DHL has reported that during the height of the virus their systems crashed and tracking numbers weren’t getting updated into their system. However, these packages are still arriving (sometimes 2-3 weeks later) even though the tracking won’t update. If you have the patience to wait until your package arrives, we’d greatly appreciate it.

Apparel will take 3-5 weeks if ordered before may 1st and 3-4 weeks if ordered after May 1st.
Jewelry and decor will take 3-5 weeks.
Kitchenware (including dispensers) will ship out within the next 2 weeks (we have a large shipment arriving on May 20th).
