HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $5.95 for all orders within the continental U.S. under $49.99 and completely FREE for all orders over $49.99. For international orders, shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 for orders under $49.99, and FREE for orders over $49.99

 

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most of our products ship within 5-10 business days via UPS or USPS with a tracking number. We will send out tracking information to you as soon as your package ships! After the order leaves our warehouse, it usually takes around 3 business days to arrive.

 

WHAT IS A COLLECTION CLOSING SALE?

Good question! Our goal at Blossom Collections is to provide our customers with unique and new designs. This means regularly updating our collections with new styles while removing old ones. When we do this, we will sometimes have "collection closing" sales where we close down one collection in order to make room for a new one. These sales generally involve large discounts on our current products, which will be removed from the store and no longer available once the sale is over. These products may or may not return to our store at some point in the future.

 

CAN I REPLACE A DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDER?

We will replace your order free of charge if it is damaged. If this situation occurs, simply contact customer support via email at support@blossomcollections.co For our complete return policy, please visit the link at the bottom of this page.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, if for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order please email support@blossomcollections.co Orders can generally only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
